Composer-songwriter, Cole Porter was born in Peru and during his lifetime he wrote over 1500 songs for Broadway production, movies and television.

We have a dedicated on-site rehabilitation team comprised of licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists fully committed to restoring and improving quality of life. We offer short-term rehab after a hospital stay as well as inpatient rehab.
We offer home-cooked, resident-selected menus for our meals as well as seasonal fruits, vegetables and nutritious snacks.
Our residents enjoy regular outings on our bus to go out to eat, visit the Indianapolis Zoo, Nappanee Amish Acres, or just enjoy an afternoon at the movies. We also enjoy group activities with games, live music and community events.
